There will be a mandatory parents information meeting that you will need to attend. Either Sat. June 2nd @ 10:00 am or July 21st @ 10:00am. At the New Windsor Community center 555 Union Ave. New Windsor next to the ambulance corps.

At this meeting you will receive all paperwork necessary to register or registration packet/ fee can be handed in. We will go over all imperative  information about the season and will answer any questions. Important dates will be given out as well. Your child will be able to meet their coaches and will be sized for their uniforms. It is important that we get your child sized at these meeting to eliminate any delay in ordering and receiving  everyones uniforms. If you do not attend one of these meetings, I can not guarantee a uniform for your child’s first game.

Agility Camp is held in July at Algonquin Park dates to be announced.

Season starts August 1st. Your child will only be aloud to participate if all paperwork is not handed in by August 1st. (Reg form, Med rel., parent code of conduct) you are able to print all forms off our website


Practices will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays for the month of August from 6pm- 7:30 pm @ cronomer park. Practices will be only Tuesdays and Thursdays for the months of September to mid November.

For the month of August your child must attend 75% of practices for the month in order to attend the 1st game of the season. So if your child misses 4 or more practices in the month of August they will be asked to sit on the sidelines for that game.

If it rains practice will be moved indoors to Maximum Fitness Gym in Newburgh. Also comes mid october practices will be moved permanently indoors at Maximum Fitness Gym.

Your child is to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to practices. NO BOOTS, HIGH HEELS, JEANS OR ANY RESTRICTING CLOTHING.

The sneakers you purchase are to be worn only for games and cheer fest. If you would like to order additional sneakers for practice that option is available.



Home games are on Saturdays @ Nfa’s Academy Field.

Away games are either Saturdays but mostly Sundays. The farthest we travel is Port Jervis. Times vary by division.



Mighty Mites- 1st & 2nd grade

Division 1- 3rd & 4th grade

Division 2- 5th & 6th grade

Division 3- 7th & 8th grade

This goes by what grade your child is in that seasons September.

Divisions can be combine depending on registration numbers.
